No Return & No Refund Policy

At MISS GALLERY! we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy due to the nature of our products.

Once an order is placed and delivered, returns or refunds are not accepted under normal circumstances.

Exception – Damaged Product

A refund will be considered only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a refund due to damage, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The unboxing video must be recorded continuously (without pause or cuts)

  • The video must clearly show:

  1. The sealed package

  2. The unboxing process

  3. The damaged product
  • The video must be shared with us within 24 hours (1 days) of delivery

❗ Images alone will not be accepted.
❗ Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.

Refund Process

  • Once the damage claim is verified, we will initiate the refund

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval

Non-Eligible Cases (No Refund)

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Damage reported after 48 hours

  • No unboxing video provided
